Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return 2. We will provide you with a return authorization number 3. Package the item securely with the original packaging 4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method 5. Once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive the returned item.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items in different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: • Personalized or customized items • Items marked as final sale • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear • Items returned after 30 days • Items without original packaging or tags
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong item shipped, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
